Responsibilities:
  • Place Purchase Orders for direct materials per requirements driven by MRP or Re-order Point system
  • Ensure timely materials availability per planning requirements
  • Review and analyze planning reports to ensure materials availability for production
  • Communicate with suppliers for early or delayed deliveries as required
  • Liaise with suppliers on non-compliant issues and work with suppliers on replacements or repairs
  • Request, analyze and negotiate quotations for parts under ECO change, work or repair on non-compliant materials
  • Communicate with Suppliers on engineering change orders (ECO) and co-ordinate phasing in of the new revision
  • NPI management
  • Duties and projects assigned for materials management
  • Plans for production which includes releasing of work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirement.
  • Works closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments
  • Monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
  • Drives and minimize excess and obsolescence inventory
  • Assists in developing, maintaining and improving existing processes, procedures and key performance metrics.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related industry experience in buying & planning
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and experience in SAP system
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Experience in low-volume high-mix manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Experience in NPI management is a plus

Responsibilities:
This position is for a Software Configuration Management (SCM), software installation and release engineer. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1) Automate builds, and develop and integrate new tools to support CI/CD (continuous integration/delivery) and reporting across projects.
2) Develop and maintain well-architected build scripts to automate builds using Jenkins. Develop and maintain install related activities including packaging and deployment.
3)Coordinate Rational Team Concert - RTC (and/or GIT) for a team of 30+ software developers.
4) Monitor and support daily build cycles and timely release of Hotfix packages.
5) Monitor and maintain build environment and software releases for various product branches on a daily, weekly, and scheduled basis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 plus years’ experience in RTC, GIT or similar source control management
  • Minimum 2 Plus years’ working experience of Continuous Integration tools like including Jenkins/Hudson for pipeline management, code coverage tools like FindBugs, SonarQube, Fortify or Coverity
  • Minimum 2 plus years’ experience in Software Build and packaging tool, such as Install-shield, maven, gradle or similar
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

The SWIFT division has the mission to provide cost-effective solutions for high-sampling wafer inspection applications. We effectively partner with field support teams and customers to lower overall fab costs by supplying world-leading high-throughput inspection, metrology and review systems. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes: all-wafer-surface (frontside, backside, and edge) macro inspection, standalone high-sampling inspection, and standalone edge inspection and metrology tools that are deployed across several advanced wafer fabs for a large number of applications.
Besides developing valuable products, the SWIFT division provides support to the customers to achieve performance entitlement through the sharing and implementation of applications BKM (Best Known Methods).

Responsibilities:
This person will be involved in new and sustaining product service engineering duties to include, but not limited to:
  • Serve as the central technical resource / interface with design engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing and field as the product(s) move through the Product Life Cycle
  • Work directly with aforementioned teams in fully integrated manner to incorporate value-added serviceability, reliability and service business practice improvements into product design
  • Work to optimize serviceability, reduce cost-of-service through all stages of the PLC, and improve short and long term product service revenue performance
  • Remain involved throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle to ensure system level product performance is continuously tracked and meets established specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics and software, tooling, technical documentation, knowledge management, and training

  • Help to define a plan, implement and optimize the spare parts that will be stocked to support field shipments.  This includes taking into account reliability, diagnostics, inventory holding cost, training level and other factors
  • Prepare CoS models (bottom-up and top-down) during initial concept phase, and update them as new information is available.  Apply results to help optimize design of diagnostics
  • Work with Services Marketing to define Service Offerings, including analyzing market needs, forecasting CoS, and developing Sales support materials
  • Help to define and optimize the Preventative Maintenance Schedule for systems.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualification:

  • Candidate must have min of BS/MS in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related fields.
  • Requires knowledge of operation/applications of KLA-Tencor’s BBP tools preferably Level 3 certified to run 23xx, 28xx, Puma 91xx and higher models. Knowledge of other KT product platforms is a plus.
